Negotiating the successful sale and purchase of marine construction equipment, offshore renewable vessels,Anchor Handling Tugs and other special ships between Buyers and Sellers is one of our specialities.

We guide and assist both buyers and sellers, from arranging the initial vessel inspection, through all stages of the transaction, to the conclusion at the Closing ( with one of our brokers normally in attendance). Bimco documentation is used, with F3 handling communication from start to finish.

We keep track of sales concluded including prices obtained, which enables us to understand the current status of the S&P market and to assess current trends.
We also maintain detailed listings of vessels for sale (and are also aware of those potentially for sale). We have concluded numerous sale transactions and have a comprehensive list of clients world-wide. We are also proactive in the global acquisition and disposal of tonnage for owner clients, as they work to expand their fleets and develop and improve their vessels to meet new challenges in emerging markets such as Offshore Wind.
